The West Ham United star has really impressed this season.

West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini spoke to reporters in the build-up to his side’s clash with Huddersfield Town tomorrow, and offered high words of praise for talented youngster Grady Diangana, whilst highlighting the need for him to take another step to the next level, as quoted by Football.London.
The 20-year-old has really impressed when given an opportunity by Pellegrini this season, and he has a real chance to make the right wing position his own, with Andriy Yarmolenko due to be missing for around five to six months.
The Hammers have made a habit of bringing talented youngsters through their ranks throughout the years, and this year seems to be no different, with Diangana and Declan Rice shining for the senior side.
Pellegrini spoke to reporters today, and praised Diangana, although the Chilean did challenge the winger to make the jump up to the next level, as quoted by Football.London:

“I see him working daily. What is important for a young player is that he has the personality. In every game, the same as Declan he has improved a little bit more. Now he needs to make the second step. He must grow another step, making the difference in every game he plays.”
West Ham can jump up to 12th with a win over the Terriers, and Diangana will be hoping to help his team do just that.
