The West Ham United man is highly respected at the club.

West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini spoke to reporters ahead of his side’s clash with Fulham at Craven Cottage on Saturday evening, and offered high words of praise for Mark Noble, after the veteran signed a new contract that will keep him at the club until the summer of 2021, as quoted by Football.London.
The 31-year-old has spent his entire career with the Hammers, and after making his debut for the club in August 2004, he has gone on to establish himself as a real fan favourite, making 446 appearances in all competitions in the process.
Noble is still a vitally important player for West Ham, and Pellegrini obviously occurs with that notion, playing him in 11 Premier League games so far this season, and making him club captain.
The Chilean spoke to reporters today, and shared just how important the experienced midfielder is to the Hammers, as quoted by Football.London:

“I think it is very positive for him and for the club. Mark is a player that has played his complete career here so I think he deserves to finish his career here as well. I am very happy for him. He knows this club, every time he talks in the dressing room it is important for new players who arrive to this club to listen to him, he always has that role as a leader which is very important for our team.”
Noble will be hoping to help his team rack up their fourth consecutive Premier League victory when they head to Fulham this weekend, and that really would be a great way for him to celebrate his contract extension with West Ham.
