West Ham United play host to Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday.

West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini faced the media for his pre-match press conference today, ahead of his side’s clash with Wolves at the London Stadium on Saturday, and responded when asked whether Marko Arnautovic is in contention to play, as quoted by the club’s official website.
The 29-year-old Austrian joined the Hammers from Stoke City last summer, for a fee believed to be worth somewhere in the region of £24 million, and he has gone on to establish himself as somewhat of a cult figure amongst the West Ham fanbase.
Arnautovic is now widely considered to be one of the Hammers’ most important players, and they really missed him when he limped off against Arsenal last weekend.
Pellegrini, though, seemed to suggest that he will be back in action against Wolves on Saturday, when speaking to reporters, as quoted by the club’s official website:

“Marko had a small problem behind his knee in the last game. He’s worked all week.”
West Ham will be desperate to move off the bottom of the Premier League table by beating Wolves on Saturday, and having Arnautovic back will dramatically increase their chances of doing just that.
