The West Ham United ace was in fine form yesterday.

Manuel Pellegrini addressed the media after his side’s superb 4-1 win away at Watford on the final day of the Premier League season yesterday, and offered high words of praise for Jack Wilshere, suggesting that the midfielder made the difference for his team against the Hornets, as quoted by Football.London.
The 27-year-old joined the Hammers in the summer on a free transfer after his contact had expired with Arsenal, but injuries have played their part in a disappointing campaign for the midfielder.
Wilshere has managed just eight appearances in all competitions for West Ham this season, but when he has played, he has shown what he is capable of, and he can undoubtedly make a huge difference to the way in which Pellegrini’s side play.
The Chilean will be praying that Wilshere remains fit for the entirety of next season, because he could prove to be a real asset for the east London outfit.
Pellegrini spoke to reporters yesterday and admitted that he was mightily impressed by the 34-capped England international’s performance for West Ham against Watford, as quoted by Football.London:

“Jack Wilshere played very well. I think he was the difference.”
Wilshere’s ankles have been the bane of his career over the past few years, and he will be desperate to prove next season that he still has what it takes to play consistently at the very highest level.
