West Ham United remain without midfielder Jack Wilshere.

West Ham United boss Manuel Pellegrini has told Football.London that midfielder Jack Wilshere will miss this weekend’s game against Fulham.
The Hammers have picked up three wins in a row, scoring nine goals in that run having beaten Newcastle United 3-0, Cardiff City 3-1 and Crystal Palace 3-2.
Pellegrini will be looking to continue the winning run and the superb attack when they make the short trip to Craven Cottage on Saturday evening, especially against such a porous Fulham back line.
However, one man who won’t be featuring in that game is midfielder Wilshere, with Pellegrini revealing today that Wilshere is having treatment on his ankle and subsequently won’t be fit to play.
“Jack continues his treatment with his ankle and he will not be involved in this game,” said Pellegrini, offering the latest dismal update on Wilshere.
Wilshere, 26, was a big signing on a free transfer from Arsenal this summer, with many excited to see him turn out for his boyhood club – but given his injury-hit career, many had worries about his ability to play regularly.

So far, Wilshere has made just five appearances this season and hasn’t started a game since the 1st of September, playing just five minutes since the 1-0 defeat to Wolverhampton Wanderers that day.
Wilshere did at least pick up an assist in the 3-0 win at Newcastle, but the latest update is just another setback for the midfielder, and Hammers fans will be wondering when on earth they will see him in action again.
