West Ham United midfielder Jack Wilshere has made very little impact so far since moving to the London Stadium.

Wilshere was brought to West Ham from Arsenal in the January transfer window, but the midfielder has endured a slow start at the London Stadium.
Wilshere has missed most of the season so far with injury, and he only returned to action at West Ham in their most recent match against Newcastle United as a substitute.
Wilshere actually claimed an assist during West Ham’s 3-0 victory, and Pellegrini is now hoping that the former Arsenal man can stay fit for the rest of the season.
“He wanted to play at West Ham, we took the risk and it has not been a good month for him but we have the second part of the season and I hope he will play most of the games,” he said.
Pellegrini’s comments suggest that he still sees a role for Wilshere in West Ham’s team, even though his side have been in better form without the England international.

West Ham struggled over the initial weeks of the season, while Wilshere was involved.
However, the midfield combination of Pedro Obiang, Declan Rice and Mark Noble was earning praise when selected.
West Ham are next in action later this evening, when they take on Cardiff City, in what could be another opportunity for Wilshere to get minutes under his belt.
