Recent reports have suggested that Pellegrini is already at loggerheads with the Hammers board.

West Ham United boss Manuel Pellegrini has told the Daily Mirror that there are no issues between himself and the Hammers board despite recent comments suggesting he was at loggerheads with the club’s owners.
Pellegrini is expected to be busy in this summer’s transfer window, with co-owner David Gold expecting the Hammers to spend more in a transfer window than they ever have.
The Mirror had quoted the former Manchester City manager – who was talking in his native Chile earlier this week – as saying that he “will force the owners to form a competitive team because they are rich but careful with money.”

However, Pellegrini has since gone on record to clear up suggestions that he and the board had already fallen out, stating that he has a good relationship with Gold and David Sullivan.
“I speak to Mr Sullivan regularly and we are in agreement about our approach to bringing new players to the club this summer,” Pellegrini said.
“I need to make it clear that there is absolutely no problem. I have been made to feel welcome by everyone at West Ham since my arrival. I already have a very good relationship with the two chairmen.”

Pellegrini has already brought in right-back Ryan Fredericks from newly-promoted Premier League side Fulham on a free transfer, but is expected to be targeting a new goalkeeper, defender and midfielder.
Central midfield is likely to be a priority, with the Hammers failing to land Tom Cairney, Jonjo Shelvey and Leander Dendoncker in the January transfer window. Joe Hart’s return to Manchester City leaves just Adrian as the club’s option in goal.
