Declan Rice is playing well for West Ham United at the moment.

Rice, who can operate as a central defender or as a defensive midfielder, has been playing well for West Ham this season and has established himself as an important player in manager Pellegrini’s system.
Pellegrini has spoken highly of the 20-year-old, but he has also highlighted where the youngster need to improve upon.
“Maybe he must improve more and have a better view of the pitch but he has such good technique that he never misses a pass and he is always keeping his position in the correct moment so as a player, a young player he will always be learning more things but in this moment I think he is a complete player,” Pellegrini told The London Evening Standard about Rice.

Promising youngster
Rice is one of the best young players in the Premier League, and the 20-year-old can only get better in the coming years.
The 20-year-old has been deployed in the holding midfield role by West Ham manager Manuel Pellegrini this season, and the youngster has done well.
So far this season, Rice has made 23 appearances in the Premier League for the Hammers, scoring one goal in the process, according to WhoScored.
West Ham will return to action on Friday evening when they take on Fulham at the London Stadium in the Premier League.
