Reece Oxford is struggling to play regularly for West Ham United at the moment.

Oxford, who can operate as a central defender or as a defensive midfielder, has not made a single appearance in the Premier League so far this season.
The 19-year-old – who earns £20,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com – is under contract at West Ham until the summer of 2021, according to Transfermarkt.co.uk.
West Ham manager Pellegrini has suggested that the England Under-20 international may not have a future at the London Stadium.
Pellegrini told BBC Sport about Oxford: “A player who is 19 or 20 must be ready to play in the first team. If you don’t have the space you must go to another club.”
The West Ham boss added: “We have in his position a player who I am happy with. Angelo Ogbonna is also on the bench, but working very well every day. Issa Diop is playing well, and while Declan Rice doesn’t play in that position, he can.
“So, we will see what happens with Reece, whether he stays here, or if it is better for him to go and play for another team.”

Leaving West Ham United?
Oxford has made a handful of first-team appearances for West Ham, and the teenager has also been out on loan at Reading and Borussia Monchengladbach.
Although the versatile youngster is only 19 years of age, he has to get playing time, and if he does not get that at West Ham, then it would make sense for him to leave the London Stadium in the January transfer window.
A short loan spell at a top club in the Championship would be great for Oxford.
