West Ham United defender Arthur Masuaku has broken into Manuel Pellegrini’s starting line-up of late.

West Ham United boss Manuel Pellegrini has told Football.London that Arthur Masuaku needs to improve.
Masuaku has forced Aaron Cresswell out of West Ham’s starting line-up at left-back in recent weeks.
But Pellegrini admits that Masuaku still has advancements that he needs to make in his game.
He said: “I knew about Aaron when I was here with Man City. Arthur is maybe a more attacking player but he has to improve a lot defending so we have in that position very good cover.”

Masuaku looks likely to start in West Ham’s next match, which comes against Tottenham Hotspur.
The French-born defender’s defensive qualities are likely to be put to the test against Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
West Ham are currently in 15th place in the Premier League table, but their form has improved of late.
The Hammers have won three of their last five outings in all competitions, and have a solid record against Spurs in recent times.
