Arsenal landed a new playmaker in January, as they brought in Martin Odegaard on loan from Real Madrid until the end of the season.
The Gunners were desperate for a new creative spark even with Emile Smith Rowe impressing, and Odegaard is in for a few months.
Guillem Balague recently suggested that Arsenal have ‘zero’ chance of signing Odegaard permanently, so the Gunners may need to look at other targets.
One player they have a real interest in for the summer window is Manor Solomon of Shakhtar Dontesk, with The Guardian claiming a move was being planned for the end of the season.
Solomon, 21, has notched five goals and one assist this season, impressing primarily as a left winger for Shakhtar but also as a number 10 or right-sided winger.
The Israeli star has been compared to Eden Hazard in recent times, and he has now given Arsenal major hope of a deal.

Speaking to Sport5 in Israel, Solomon has admitted that talks have already started with teams in England; Arsenal seem likely to be one of them, but this also means there is major competition.
Solomon added that his dream is to play in England, and that now looks to be his most likely exit route from Shakhtar – especially given the money in the Premier League.
“There are talks with teams from England, there are things that can happen in the summer,” said Solomon. “My dream is to play in England and it also seems to me the most realistic option for me. And teams in England can pay,” he added.
