Alexis Sanchez says he would like to see Thierry Henry as Arsenal manager.

Arsenal are still reeling from Alexis Sanchez’s decision to quit the club for Manchester United.
Sanchez’s interview on joining the Red Devils mentioned a discussion with Thierry Henry on leaving the Gunners, which Arsenal fans took badly and prompted the Frenchman into denying that he encouraged the Chilean to quit.
Sanchez this morning sought to back Henry up, and added that he would like to see the Frenchman as Arsenal manager one day.
Record goalscorer and two-time Premier League winner Henry did work at Arsenal as an under-18 coach, before quitting to focus on his pundit work for SkySports at the request of Arsene Wenger, who felt both roles were incompatible.
Henry has continued coaching with Belgium, where he is an assistant to manager Roberto Martinez.

Sanchez was a popular figure at Arsenal before he quit, making a shock move to Manchester United.
Arsenal have signed Henrikh Mkhitaryan as part of a straight swap deal, with Sanchez becoming the Premier League’s most highly paid player.
