He said: “After a great 7 years at Manchester United, it’s finally going to come to an end. I am grateful for them to have made me into the player I am today and wish all my former teammates the best of luck in their footballing careers at Manchester united.
“However I am very happy to announce that I’ve signed a scholarship and a professional contract for Sheffield United. It’s been a pleasure to be such around a bunch of people at manutd but now I am ready to begin my future with sheffield united where the real graft starts #newbeginning.”
Belehouan, 17, hails from France and is a left-back. He played in the same youth team as Angel Gomes, who made his first team debut for Manchester United in May.

He was notified of his release by Manchester United earlier this year and began training with Sheffield United back in February.
Now his move has become official and he will join Sheffield United’s academy, where he will hope to one day go on and crack the first team.
The Blades should hope he develops like another Frenchman, Paul Pogba, and Manchester United one day pay millions to bring him back…
