Manchester United welcome Liverpool to Old Trafford a week tomorrow.

Manchester United have been dealt a massive double blow with the news that Jesse Lingard and Anthony Martial will both miss their upcoming clash with Liverpool at Old Trafford.
Red Devils boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer addressed the media yesterday, and provided an injury update on the pair, who were both injured during their Champions League defeat to Paris Saint-Germain, as quoted by Sky Sports:
“I think they will be out for two to three weeks looking at it now.”
Manchester United play host to Liverpool on February 24th, and the game will be vitally important for both sides.
United are desperately trying to finish inside the top four, whilst the Merseyside outfit are looking to win their first top flight title since 1990.
Jürgen Klopp’s side will be in for a tough afternoon at Old Trafford, but their task will be made a whole lot easier with both Lingard and Martial being unavailable for selection.

The duo have been pivotal figures behind United’s recent resurgence, and losing them for a prolonged period of time will be a big blow for Solskjaer’s side.
Liverpool will still have to take the game to Manchester United, and with both teams desperate for all three points, it should be a wonderfully enthralling game of football.
