Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing Everton defensive midfielder Amadou Onana in the summer transfer window.
Sky Sports journalist Alan Myers is reporting on Twitter this afternoon that Manchester United want to sign Amadou Onana from Everton.
Myers has claimed that United have not made any offer yet for the £100,000-a-week (Spotrac) Onana.
Everton are willing to sell Onana and want £60 million for the 21-year-old Belgium international defensive midfielder.
The Toffees signed the youngster from Lille in the summer of 2022.

According to BBC Sport at the time, the Toffees paid French club Lille a transfer fee of £33 million for the youngster.
Onana made 29 starts and four substitute appearances in the Premier League for Everton last season.
The defensive midfielder scored one goal and gave two assists in those matches.
Manchester United could be able to sign Amadou Onana from Everton
In our view, Manchester United could be able to sign Amadou Onana from Premier League rivals Everton in the summer transfer window.
Everton reportedly setting a price tag on the Belgian shows that they are open to cashing in on the defensive midfielder this summer.
United are arguably the biggest club in England, and a move to Old Trafford could be hugely appealing to Onana.
After all, under manager Erik ten Hag, United will aim to win the Premier League title this season and will play in the UEFA Champions League as well.
United are aiming to return to their glory days when they challenged for and won major trophies on a regular basis.
Onana could be tempted to be part of that journey.
It would be a massive blow for Everton if Onana left this summer, as he is a big player for the Toffees.
