Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s Manchester United and Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds United will face each other at Old Trafford in the Premier League this afternoon.
It is the first game of the new Premier League season for both United and Leeds.
The Red Devils and the Whites are massive rivals, and today’s encounter promises to be hugely exciting and interesting.
Both United and Leeds are attack-minded teams, and although today is their first game, it is very likely that they will try to get on the front foot right from the first minute.
This is how United and Leeds will line up at Old Trafford this afternoon:

Ahead of the match, Leeds head coach Bielsa spoke about Jamie Shackleton and his progress.
The 21-year-old can play as a central midfielder or as a right-back.
Bielsa has been impressed by the progress that Shackleton has made.
The Leeds boss told Leeds Live about Shackleton: “Shackleton can play as a full-back or as an interior midfielder and a year on increases his hierarchy within the group.”

The Leeds head coach also spoke about his disappointment at Ezgjan Alioski leaving the club.
The North Macedonia international, who is a winger by trade but played as a left-back under Bielsa, left Leeds for Al Ahli Saudi FC on a free transfer earlier this summer.

Bielsa told Leeds Live about Alioski: “Very sad. Due to the football part of course, but in the humane part specifically, I have a lot of affection for Alioski. I know that he wanted to continue and the club wanted him to continue but after there is negotiations and interests.
“These are mixed with economical things, mixed with things of this nature. To summarise, I think the club wanted him to continue and he wanted to stay and it was a negotiation that didn’t crystalise. But it doesn’t [end] the link between Alioski and Leeds and Leeds and Alioski.”
