Manchester United striker Radamel Falcao earns an incredible £35.34 per minute, a website has revealed.
The AS Monaco forward is on loan at Old Trafford for the season, although injury problems have reportedly put United off signing the Colombian on a permanent deal.
Despite his fitness struggles, however, the 28-year-old is still earning a handsome wage.
Indeed, a website called ‘What Falcao Earns’ has calculated that the striker collects £2,120.40 per hour at United. Not too shabby…
Robin van Persie
Meanwhile, the London Evening Standard are reporting that Man United are willing to offload 31-year-old striker Robin van Persie this January.
Their report states: “Manchester United are planning for life without Robin van Persie and look certain to part company with the Dutch striker in the summer with a year remaining on his current contract.
“The 31-year-old former Arsenal star stands to land an additional £10 million in loyalty bonuses if he sees out his four-year contract at Old Trafford.”
United travel to Van Persie’s former club Arsenal tomorrow afternoon in the Premier League.
