Fans of the Premier League club were impressed with the performance of Tuanzebe for Villa in their Championship game against Leeds United away from home at Elland Road at the weekend.
The 21-year-old defender started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes, as it ended in a 1-1 draw.
The youngster was a rock at the back, defended well and looked unfazed playing in front of a passionate Elland Road crowd.
According to WhoScored, against Leeds on Sunday, Tuanzebe had 77.8% of the possession, won two headers, made one interception and five clearances.
The youngster had made 23 starts and one substitute appearance in the Championship for the Villans this season, providing one assist in the process, according to WhoScored.
Tuanzebe joined Villa on a season-long loan deal from Premier League giants United in the summer of 2018.
The central defender spent the second half of the 2017-18 campaign on loan at the Villans as well.
Tuanzebe – who earns £5000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com – has been progressing well at Villa, and some United fans want the youngster to get a chance in the first team next season.
