According to The Independent, United are interested in signing Diop from Premier League rivals West Ham in the summer transfer window.
The Hammers have indicated that they will be open to doing business regarding the 22-year-old central defender if 23-year-old France international forward Martial is part of the deal and switches to the London Stadium, according to the report.

West Ham could do with a young and dynamic forward such as Martial, but it is hard to see the former AS Monaco star agreeing a move to the Hammers.
Despite the 23-year-old not having the best of times during his time at Old Trafford so far, United will probably want to persevere with him for one more season at least, given just how talented the France international forward is.
