The Manchester United winger did little to convince his doubters as his side drew 1-1 with Swansea City.

Manchester United drew yet another Premier League game, this time against Swansea City, to leave their top-four hopes on a knife edge.
While Manchester City could only draw with Middlesbrough later in the day, Jose Mourinho’s side still have tough trips to Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur, with their squad thinning by the match as injuries continue to strike at an alarming rate.
One player who does continue to feature week in, week out is winger Jesse Lingard, but the England international has not exactly set pulses racing even if he does have a handy knack of scoring at Wembley.
The 24-year-old has featured 36 times for United this season, but a return of five goals and three assists is poor to say the least.

Against Swansea, Lingard did little to impress with most of the creative spark coming from his fellow attackers Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford.
Lingard clearly appears to be in Mourinho’s good books. However if United are to challenge for the league once more they need far better wide options.
