Manchester United fans give their view on West Ham’s hopes of signing Patrice Evra.

West Ham are set to sign free agent Patrice Evra, SkySports report.
The France international left-back has been out of action for months after he was suspended for fly-kicking a Marseille supporter.
He was released from his deal and is now embarking on a shock return to the Premier League at the age of 36.
Evra has worked with West Ham boss David Moyes once before, during the 2013/14 season at Manchester United which preceded his Old Trafford exit.

Evra had a tough start at Old Trafford but quickly won supporters over and became a real fan favourite.
At United he won five Premier League titles, one Champions League, and three League Cups, before joining Juventus where he clinched two Serie A titles and was a Champions League runner-up.

The left-back is certainly in the final stages of his career and is no stranger to controversy.
But it says a lot about Evra’s quality that some Manchester United fans have expressed their wish that he was heading back to Old Trafford on a short term deal, and that should encourage West Ham supporters about the shock move.
Here is a look at how Red Devils fans reacted to Evra’s switch to West Ham…
