Manchester United beat LA Galaxy 5-2 this weekend, with Victor Lindelof making his debut.
Manchester United kicked off their pre-season preparations with a convincing 5-2 victory over Major League Soccer side Los Angeles Galaxy this weekend.
The Red Devils were in blistering form in the first half of the game, as Marcus Rashford scored twice before Marouane Fellaini added a third goal in the 26th minute.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Anthony Martial then found the net to make it 5-0, before Giovani dos Santos scored two late goal to give the Galaxy something of a consolation.
The game saw Romelu Lukaku make his debut for the club as a second half substitute, and the same went for new defender Victor Lindelof, who signed from Benfica last month.
Lindelof, 22, has been signed to partner Eric Bailly in the heart of the United defence, and the pair featured together as Jose Mourinho changed his entire team at half time.
The Swede is certainly one for the future, but United fans were left split over his performance against LA Galaxy, given that he was arguably at fault for both goals United conceded.

Some were concerned about that fact, suggesting that Lindelof looked rusty, and fan were a little concerned about his positional play – especially when he has to face better attackers.
Ultimately though, this was only a friendly, and many supporters felt encouraged by Lindelof’s display thanks to his composure with the ball at his feet.
