It has been reported by the British tabloid that United manager Jose Mourinho is eyeing a £35 million move for Dier, who can operate as a defender or as a defensive midfielder.
Jose Mourinho, who was appointed the Red Devils manager in the summer of 2016, is claimed to be a huge fan of the 23-year-old.
Dier is one of the best and most important players in the current Tottenham team and is playing well at the moment.
