It is early days, but so far Manchester United appear to have spent their money wisely on new signing Eric Bailly.
The centre-back started against Bournemouth in the 3-1 win alongside Daley Blind, with Chris Smalling suspended for the fixture.

Bailly showed no signs of nervousness in his first Premier League match, picking up where he left off in the Community Shield win over Leicester City the previous weekend.
The Ivorian was Jose Mourinho’s first summer signing, buying Bailly for £30m from Villarreal, and it seems the new boss picked his new centre-back shrewdly.
Bailly’s performance was praised by Times writer Henry Winter, who lauded the 22-year-old’s display as reminiscent of Nemanja Vidic.
Bailly’s start is very encouraging, and he was voted man-of-the-match despite impressive performances from several attacking players, including fellow new addition Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
