Tottenham Hotspur won against Manchester United in the Premier League on Sunday.
Manchester United fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Christian Eriksen for Tottenham Hotspur.
Eriksen featured for Tottenham in the Premier League game against United at home on Sunday evening.
The 25-year-old Denmark international attacking midfielder started the match and played until the second minute of injury time, as Spurs won 2-1 at White Hart Lane.
United fans were impressed with the performance of Eriksen and have praised the former Ajax star on Twitter.
Eriksen is one of the best attacking midfielders in the Premier League and has been superb for Tottenham this season.
The Dane has scored eight goals and provided 13 assists in 35 league appearances for the North London outfit this season.
The win against United at White Hart Lane on Sunday evening means that Spurs will end the Premier League season in second place.
It has been a hugely successful season for Tottenham; greater things are to come for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
