Manchester United youngster Cameron Borthwick-Jackson has joined Wolves on a season-long loan.
Cameron Borthwick-Jackson in action for United
The 19-year-old defender will be spending the first year of his career away from Old Trafford, having joined the Red Devils at the age of six.
He was given his senior United debut by Louis Van Gaal when he came on as a substitute against West Brom on 7 November 2015.
The Daily Mail reported yesterday that Borthwick-Jackson was wanted by the Championship club and that Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho was willing to allow the youngster to leave on loan.
Mourinho wants his young charge to gain experience playing first-team football, but does see the Manchester-born defender in his future plans.

United fans took to Twitter to comment on Borthwick-Jackson’s departure, but opinion was divided.
Many fans see this is an excellent step in the youngster’s development, especially with the returning Luke Shaw having started the season well, whereas others think that this may be the first example of Mourinho’s supposedly poor handling of youth players.
Wolves take on Cambridge United tomorrow night in the EFL Cup when Borthwick-Jackson may have his first run-out at Molineux.
If not, the Wolves faithful will have to wait for the trip to Huddersfield on Saturday, where they will be hoping to cement their excellent start to the Championship season, lying in 3rd place after two wins and two draws in their first two matches.
