Manchester United have been linked with a swoop on Marko Arnautovic.

Manchester United have been linked with a shock move for West Ham attacker Marko Arnautovic.

Italian journalist Gianluca di Marzio report Arnautovic is being considered for a transfer, with the Red Devils also considering Marko Mandzukic.

Arnautovic briefly played under Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho before, back at Inter Milan.

United though did not show interest last summer when he left Stoke City for West Ham, a deal which cost the club £24 million.

After a tough start at West Ham, Arnautovic flourished under David Moyes.

The 29-year-old scored 11 goals in the Premier League, also providing six assists.

West Ham clearly will not want to sell, and Manchester United risk paying a vastly inflated price for the Austrian international.

Manchester United fans are split on his potential arrival, with some feeling he would be an improvement on their current options, and others suggesting he would be nothing more than a squad player.
