Manchester United are linked with making a move for Celtic defender Kieran Tierney.
Manchester United this week were linked with a move for Celtic defender Kieran Tierney, with the Mirror reporting the Red Devils are keeping tabs on the teenager.
Tierney is regarded as one of Scottish football’s brightest talents, and is already a regular for the club at the age of 19.

The Red Devils are not the only English club interested in Tierney, but United’s plan for Luke Shaw is an ominous sign for the Scottish champions.
The Independent report that United are hoping to cash in on Shaw this summer, who they paid £27 million to sign two summers ago, with Chelsea a potential destination.

Getting anywhere above £20 million for the defender, which is very possible considering he is just 21, will be good business, and the Red Devils could still have change left over if they re-invest the money in Tierney.
If United are successful in selling Shaw, then their interest in Tierney is likely to step up a notch.
He is not the only player they are considering, with Tuttomercatoweb yesterday reporting the Red Devils are monitoring Monaco left-back Benjamin Mendy.
For this transfer window, Monaco and Celtic can relax as Shaw remains at United and they have Daley Blind and Marcos Rojo also available to play the position, but if it gets to summer and the situation develops, Jose Mourinho could make his move.
