Manchester United and Manchester City fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the three-match ban imposed on Sergio Aguero.

The City striker has been suspended for three games for elbowing West Ham United defender Winston Reid during the Premier League match at the Etihad Stadium last weekend.

The ban means that the Argentina international will not be available for the Citizens’ next two Premier League matches against United at Old Trafford and against Bournemouth at the Etihad Stadium.

The 28-year-old striker will also not be available for the Citizens’ game against Swansea City in the third round of the EFL Cup away from home at the Liberty Stadium later this month.

Aguero is arguably the best striker in the Premier League and is a world-class footballer.

The absence of the former Atletico Madrid star is going to give Jose Mourinho’s side an advantage in the Manchester derby next weekend.
