Everton should seriously consider a move for the out-of-favour Manchester City ace.
Ronald Koeman has already been extremely active in the transfer market this summer, spending well in excess of £100 million on five new recruits thus far.
The Dutchman arguably still needs more creativity in the final third, however, and with this in mind, he should consider a move for Samir Nasri.

The 30-year-old moved to the Etihad from Arsenal in 2011, and despite his initial success, along with two league titles to his name, he has become a bit-part player for City over the past couple of years, and spent last season on loan in La Liga with Sevilla.
He excelled during his time in Spain, dictating the tempo of his side’s play from a central midfield proposition, and proved that he still has a lot to offer at the very highest level.
The 41-capped France international is technically brilliant, can operate in a variety of different positions across midfield, and in more advanced areas.
Nasri’s experience of playing at the highest spectrum of the game would surely prove to be a huge asset to Ronald Koeman’s side. The fact that he is a serial winner would also help the Toffees’ younger stars, as they continue their development.
The Frenchman still has two years remaining on his current deal with City, but with Pep Guardiola seemingly keen to sanction his exit, it should not prove to be too difficult for Everton to sign him.
And if Koeman can convince Nasri into a move to Goodison Park, it could turn out to be one heck of a signing for the Blues.
