Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool won against Manchester City in the Champions League on Tuesday.

Manchester City midfielder Ilkay Gundogan has taken to social networking site Twitter to send a message to Liverpool.
City have been knocked out of the Champions League by Premier League rivals Liverpool.
Pep Guardiola’s side suffered a 2-1 defeat at home at the hands of the Reds on Tuesday evening.
The defeat in the second leg at the Etihad Stadium meant that City were knocked out of the Champions League 5-1 on aggregate.
Gundogan has congratulated Liverpool on Twitter for their victory over the Citizens in the quarter-finals.

Gundogan has been on the books of City since the summer of 2016 when he joined from German club Borussia Dortmund for a transfer fee reported by The Guardian to be worth £20 million.
The 27-year-old Germany international midfielder, who earns £140,000 per week as salary according to The Daily Star, told The Daily Mail in January 2018 that Klopp wanted to sign him for Liverpool from Dortmund in the summer of 2016.
City look set to win the Premier League title this season, while Liverpool will fancy their chances of going all the way in the Champions League.
