Jack Grealish has taken to Twitter to send a message to Phil Foden, after England reached the final of EURO 2020 with a win over Denmark.
What’s the story?
Well, Grealish – who Pep Guardiola is said to be desperate to sign – helped England to a 2-1 win at Wembley alongside Foden.
After full-time, ITV posted footage of the pair embracing in front of supporters.
Grealish then responded to this footage by sending a three-word tweet to Foden, which emphasised just how strong their relationship is.
You can see the Aston Villa maestro’s tweet in full below.
Interestingly, Grealish was actually subbed on, and then subbed off by Gareth Southgate last night.
While that might annoy some players, England’s No.7 reacted superbly by telling Southgate that it wasn’t a problem.
Could Phil Foden convince Jack Grealish to join?

It’s no secret that Grealish absolutely loves Aston Villa.
The Villans are his boyhood team, and he may need some convincing to leave Villa Park this summer.
In that respect, if Foden really is like a little brother to him, then maybe the Stockport Iniesta can convince Grealish to join him in Manchester.

If Guardiola can get the England duo in the starting XI, it would be a real sight to behold for those at the Etihad Stadium.
It also, quite simply, wouldn’t be fair on the rest of the Premier League.
