Manchester City defender Taylor Harwood-Bellis is currently developing out on loan at Blackburn Rovers, but he is attracting real interest.
The 19-year-old is considered as one of City’s top young prospects, with Pep Guardiola calling him ‘exceptional’ last season.
Harwood-Bellis hasn’t found first-team football easy to come by at City, so he is now featuring for Rovers ahead of returning to the Etihad Stadium.
Now though, the Manchester Evening News claim that Leeds United are keen to sign Harwood-Bellis this summer having pursued him closely.
Leeds do have four centre backs already; two right-footers in Robin Koch and Diego Llorente, and two left-footers in Liam Cooper and Pascal Struijk.
Right-footed Harwood-Bellis could be another option at the back, especially if Leeds push Koch into holding midfield moving forward.

City fans have been reacting to the rumour, with some praising Harwood-Bellis as a Ruben Dias regen whilst hoping that he is a part of City’s future.
Others think Leeds would be perfect for Harwood-Bellis, as long as there is no purchase option in any loan deal with the Whites.
