Liverpool and Manchester City are fighting for the Premier League title.

The former Barcelona and Bayern Munich boss made the comments following City’s 1-0 win against Tottenham Hotspur at the Etihad Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
The result means that the Citizens are now a point clear of second-placed Liverpool and are the favourites to win the league title.
City manager Guardiola has spoken highly of Liverpool, and believes that the Reds are one of the best sides he has ever seen – comments which will make the Anfield faithful proud.
“Every day with this club and these players – it doesn’t matter what happens next – we’ll fight until the end,” Guardiola told BBC Sport.
“We’ll see how far we get. We are fighting with the best Liverpool ever, one of the best teams I’ve seen in my life.”

Pressure on Liverpool?
With City out of the Champions League, they can now focus fully on the Premier League and can rest players if needed.
Liverpool, though, have progressed to the semi-finals of the Champions League, and they simply have to use their best players in each and every game from now on.
The pressure is on the Reds, who have not won the title in the Premier League era.
Liverpool will return to action on Sunday when they take on relegation candidates Cardiff City away from home at the Cardiff City Stadium in the Premier League.
