Liverpool could be set to beat Wolves to Anderson Talisca.

Talisca has scored 20 goals this season for Besiktas on loan, but the Turkish side are unable to afford the 21 million Euro purchase option in his contract.
Gunes insists the finances are a moot point anyway, with Talisca already agreeing his Benfica exit for next season.

Both Liverpool and Wolves have been linked with Talisca, the Birmingham Mail report – but it now appears the Reds are more likely.
This is because of Gunes’ comments claiming Talisca will join a rival of Cenk Tosun, who plays for Everton.
Wolves and Everton will be competing in the same league next year and they can’t be ruled out, but it is more likely Gunes is referring to their traditional Merseyside rivals Liverpool.
He said: “Talisca was already gone at the winter break, I’m sorry that he won’t be with us any longer. I wish he could stay for his sake and ours. He already had a deal in place.
“He might be rivals with Cenk Tosun.”

It had been claimed by FourFourTwo that Wolves wanted Talisca as a replacement for Ruben Neves if he signed for Liverpool, but he said last week he has no desire to quit the club.
Both Wolves and Liverpool have been linked with Talisca since 2016.
