Gabby Agbonlahor has been heavily critical of Arsenal defender Rob Holding, who had a tough outing in his side’s 4-1 defeat to Manchester City.
The English defender was bullied by Erling Haaland throughout the contest, especially for the goal, as the latter turned him before setting up Kevin De Bruyne’s emphatic opener in seven minutes.
Gabby Agbonlahor was at the very least left unimpressed by how poor Arsenal centre-back Rob Holding was as his side were taught a lesson by Manchester City.
Gabby Agbonlahor slates Rob Holding as Manchester City thrash Arsenal
While Holding did save face right at the end with an impressive strike to make the score a touch more respectable, the opponents look far beyond his level.
However, the same can be said about his teammates, who looked like amateurs in comparison to the all-conquering juggernaut of English football.
Gabby Agbonlahor, who is known to have grown up supporting Arsenal did not hold back in his criticism of Rob Holding against Manchester City.

“I called it! I knew city would want to batter arsenal! Holding is championship at best”, he said on Twitter.
On the basis of Rob Holding’s outing, one doubts whether any Gunners fan will even disagree.
HITC View: The Holding pile-on has been exaggerated
Sure, the former Bolton Wanderers defender was shocking against City and has not covered himself in glory in these past couple of games.
It would also be undeniable to claim that the league leaders do not miss the injured William Saliba.
While Gabby Agbonlahor was right to criticise Rob Holding after his howling performance against Manchester City, the same can be said about the rest of his Arsenal teammates.
In fact, not just on Wednesday night but in the draws against Liverpool, West Ham United and Southampton, a number of big names alongside Mikel Arteta have looked far off their best.
To merely focus on Holding would be a case of scapegoating him.
