Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers have reportedly signed a new player.

Pre-contract agreements are all the rage at Rangers these days and it looks like Steven Gerrard might’ve snapped up another player through this method.
According to The Scottish Sun, Rangers have signed 16-year-old Manchester City talent Kane Ritchie-Hosler, who’ll join up with the Gers’ academy this summer.
Gerrard snapped up Jordan Jones and Glen Kamara on pre-contract deals in January, with the latter ultimately moving to Ibrox last month instead of June.
The Premier League giants are no strangers to losing some of their brightest academy starlets, with Jadon Sancho and Brahim Diaz jumping ship at the Etihad.
Here’s how some fans of the English club reacted to the report about losing Ritchie-Hosler, a big player for the Sky Blues’ Under-16 side.
On the senior side of things, Rangers’ Premiership title hopes suffered a big blow on Saturday when Gerrard’s troops were held to a 0-0 draw with St Johnstone at Ibrox.
If Celtic win at Kilmarnock today, the Hoops will be eight points clear and on their way to an eighth successive league crown.
