Three potential Leeds United deals might well impact Mallik Wilks negatively.

Leeds United look to be very close to a treble transfer swoop.
Jack Harrison and Helder Costa are set to join the Whites on season-long loans from Manchester City and Wolves respectively [The Telegraph], while the The Daily Mail claims that Jack Clarke will sign for Tottenham Hotspur and then immediately rejoin United for the 2019-20 campaign.
Yep, Leeds could be signing as many as three wide players over the coming days, and you have to assume that it means there is no room for Mallik Wilks at Elland Road this coming season.
The 20-year-old Thorp Arch gem enjoyed a superb loan spell at Doncaster Rovers last season, scoring 16 goals and setting up 10 across all competitions.
He was so impressive that you’d think Marcelo Bielsa would take a good look at him during pre-season, but if those three are signed then surely the 63-year-old has already made up his mind about the winger.
There’s just no way Wilks is going to be part of Bielsa’s squad over the next 10 months if Harrison, Costa and Clarke are there. Whether it’s right wing or left wing, the Leeds academy star would be well down the pecking order and, considering he’s far too good for the Under-23s, the logical move is either loan him out or sell him.
Either way, it’s so unlikely that he has a short-term future at Elland Road if and when that triple deal comes off.
