According to the ESPN FC, Malcom is ‘desperate’ to leave Barcelona just a year after he turned down Everton.

The Daily Mirror reported how Everton were keen to sign Malcom for £30 million at the start of last season, but he decided to move to Barca instead.

That decision was, perhaps, understandable given the pull that joining a club like Barcelona has, due to their prestige.

However, Malcom may well regret not taking his chance to move to Everton now.

It is unclear whether Everton even remain interested, so he might well have missed his chance to move to Goodison Park.

And when Malcom reflects on his career, he may feel that a move to Everton rather than Barcelona would have been better for him last summer after all.
