Tottenham Hotspur snapped up the Brazilian from PSG for just £23 million.

Tottenham did some good business in the January transfer window, completing a deal to sign Lucas Moura from Paris Saint-Germain. The deal, according to the BBC, set Spurs back just £23 million this summer – a relative bargain.
One good way to highlight just how astute and cheap that fee is, for a player of Moura’s quality, is to look at reports from France today. They suggest the fee Tottenham would need to pay for another Brazilian wide target foraying into opposing Ligue 1 boxes this season.
Le10 Sport suggested that Tottenham target and Bordeaux wing wizard Malcom is being valued at €60 million (£53.3 million) if anyone wants to snap him up in the summer.
That is over double the amount it has cost Spurs to snap up Moura. The pair are both excellent talents. Malcom, at 20, is five years the younger of the Samba duo but Moura therefore has more experience and has shown his talents in Europe on a more consistent basis.

At £23 million the former PSG star is an absolute steal for the often thrifty Tottenham board and one which will hopefully pay off in the long run.
If they add Malcom in the summer, then Spurs will have one frightening attacking line-up.
