Malaga’s Sandro has admitted that he has offers to leave the club, with Tottenham believed to be keen.
Sandro Ramirez at Barcelona
Malaga forward Sandro has confirmed to Spanish radio station El Partidazo de COPE that he does indeed have a €6million (£5.1million) release clause in his contract.
Sandro, 21, was on the books with Barcelona for seven years having left hometown club Las Palmas in 2009, joining the famed La Masia academy in the process.
Whilst Sandro did emerge into the Barcelona first team, scoring seven goals in 32 games, he couldn’t nail down a regular starting spot, and was allowed to leave last summer.
The subsequent move to Malaga has been the making of the young attacker, as he has notched 12 goals in 26 La Liga appearances this season, including a brace in Tuesday’s 2-0 win over Granada.

Malaga’s problem now is that Sandro’s exploits have caught the attention of bigger clubs, with Spanish newspaper Sport claiming earlier this week that Sevilla, Valencia and Tottenham Hotspur are all keen.
Additionally, Sandro allegedly has a €6million (£5.1million) release clause in his Malaga contract, making him a potential bargain for interested clubs during this summer’s transfer window.

Now, Sandro has told Spanish radio station El Partidazo de COPE that he does indeed have a cut-price release clause in his contract, and has a number of offers to leave Malaga at the end of the season.
One of those could well be from Tottenham, who will be looking for attacking reinforcements this summer – and adding a talented young player who can feature out wide or up front in a bargain deal like Sandro could be perfect for Mauricio Pochettino.
