Andrea Radrizzani has taken to Twitter to react to something the BBC tweeted about Leeds yesterday morning.
The Elland Road supremo was responding to the BBC’s tweet about Elland Road becoming a mass vaccination centre.
Interestingly, the home of Marcelo Bielsa’s side opened its doors yesterday to help get people vaccinated against COVID-19 as quickly as possible.
That’s not all there was that involved Leeds in regards to the BBC’s tweet.
Olivia Smart, who plays for Leeds Women FC, is volunteering at Elland Road to help administer the vaccination.
As well as being a footballer, Smart is also a nurse, so she is looking to use her experience to help get those around Yorkshire protected against Coronavirus.
No wonder Radrizzani feels proud after seeing the club do such good in the community, and also to see a broadcaster as big as the BBC pick the news up.

In addition to this news, it was the perfect day for Leeds yesterday as Bielsa’s men did the business inside Elland Road from a footballing sense.
