Watford have sacked manager Marco Silva – and Richarlison doesn’t seem best pleased.

Watford have today taken the surprise decision to sack manager Marco Silva, after just eight months in the Vicarage Road hot seat.
Silva, 40, was appointed as Walter Mazzarri’s replacement back in May 2017, despite suffering relegation with Hull City last season – and he appeared to be an inspired appointment.
With six wins in the first 13 Premier League games this season, Watford were flying under Silva, and the Portuguese boss subsequently received interest from Everton – but their failed approach has sent Watford’s season into a tailspin.

With one win in the last 10 Premier League games, Watford have suffered a dramatic dip in form, and Saturday’s 2-0 defeat at Leicester City proved to be Silva’s final game in charge of the Hornets, as he was sacked this morning.
Many have been left stunned by the decision, with pundits shocked to see Watford end Silva’s reign already, and one Hornets star seems particularly unhappy.
Forward Richarlison was snapped up from Fluminense over the summer, and thrived under Silva with five goals and four assists in 24 games for Watford, taking the Premier League by storm at the age of just 20.

Richarlison took to Twitter earlier today to offer his reaction to the sacking, posting a single angry emoji in his message to sum up his frustration – and he was then inundated with messages from Tottenham fans.
Reports from the London Evening Standard recently suggested that Spurs want to sign Richarlison, and Tottenham fans responded to Richarlison’s tweet by urging him to join the club and manager Mauricio Pochettino, even telling the club to make their move for the Brazilian if he’s unhappy after Silva’s exit.
