Wendell Carter Jr. made sure Angel Reese’s big night in Atlanta did not go unnoticed, showing his support from courtside in style.

The Orlando Magic center was spotted dancing and enjoying himself in a custom Reese jersey as the Dream cruised to a 109-77 win over the Mystics.

The jersey had “Angel” across the front and her surname and number on the back, making it clear exactly who he was backing.

The moment was captured in an Instagram clip posted by the Dream’s official handle, with Carter clearly enjoying himself as he moved to the music during the Dream’s win.

Reese delivered on the court too, finishing with 18 points, a season-high 17 rebounds, and four steals, her fourth consecutive double-double. It was also Atlanta’s highest-scoring game of the season.

Carter, meanwhile, had just wrapped up a steady season with the Magic, averaging 11.8 points, 7.4 rebounds, and 2.0 assists across 78 starts.

His season ended on a sour note, though, as Orlando blew a 3-1 lead to the Pistons. Detroit fans even chanted Reese’s name at Carter as the series slipped away.

Adding another layer to the story was Jalen Duren, who has often been linked to Reese in the past, though she has disputed those reports. The narrative, however, followed the series.

Carter’s appearance at the Dream game was not a one-off, as he’s appeared at multiple games already this season. Reese has previously been seen supporting him at Magic games, and she even went viral during the Pistons series for sharing a Carter dunk on Duren.

On the court, Carter held his own in what was an underdog matchup for the Magic. According to NBA.com, he outplayed Duren over the first six games before Duren responded with 15 points and 15 rebounds in Game 7.

Carter averaged 11.0 points and 7.0 rebounds over the series, while Duren had the final say as Detroit moved on.

Still, Carter’s courtside appearance at the Dream game showed he is staying involved in Reese’s season, and he looked more than happy to be there.
