Crystal Palace fans have taken to Twitter to react after a photo emerged of Christian Benteke arriving for international duty with Belgium.
What’s so interesting about the picture?
Well, while most footballers arrive with their stuff in expensive Louis Vuitton bags and what not, Benteke’s choice of bag was more humble.
The 30-year-old was spotted carrying his items in a Crystal Palace themed carrier bag, the ones given to fans when they buy something from the club shop.
It’s only a tiny detail, but it seems to have gone down well with the Selhurst Park faithful on Twitter who love what they saw.

Supporters do tend to like this kind of thing.
As the Express and Star covered, Arsenal fans loved seeing Kieran Tierney arrive for an FA Cup quarter-final tie against Sheffield United with his stuff in a Tesco carrier bag.
Perhaps it just helps supporters relate to their idols a bit more by seeing them act humbly, rather than show off their wealth through seriously expensive bags.

Benteke really has done a lot this season to get back into the fans’ good-books after some tough campaigns.
He has netted five Premier League goals in 13 starts, including a last-gasp, volleyed winner away to arch-rivals Brighton.
Let’s see what the Crystal Palace fans on Twitter have been saying about the photo…
