Some West Ham United fans on social media have been drooling over Michail Antonio after his performance against Leicester City.
West Ham’s first home game back in front of a sold-out crowd certainly didn’t disappoint as they blew Brendan Rodgers’ side away 4-1, and the man of the hour was certainly Antonio.
The striker ran the Foxes’ backline ragged, and it was no surprise to see him popping up with two goals in the final 10 minutes to put the icing on the cake of what was an incredible showing.
Antonio also wrote his name into the history books on Monday evening, becoming the Hammers’ all-time leading Premier League goalscorer, netting his 48th and 49th goals against Leicester.
If the 31-year-old can keep this sort of form up, this could be another fantastic season for West Ham.
