Tottenham Hotspur are among several sides credited with interest in the Hoffenheim star.
Lutz Pfannenstiel has told Talksport that ‘lots of clubs’ in three different countries are interested in Hoffenheim’s Tottenham Hotspur-linked right-back Jeremy Toljan.
Tottenham are said to be pursuing a deal for Toljan as they seek to replace Kyle Walker, who was sold to Manchester City earlier this month.
But according to Pfannenstiel, the former Wimbledon and Nottingham Forest goalkeeper who now works as Hoffenheim’s head of international relations and scouting, Spurs are not alone.

When asked if the Champions League qualifiers have had an approach for Toljan, the German said: “There are lots of clubs who are interested in him. He’s a young, with a great profile, right-back or left-back; he won the (Olympic) silver medal in Brazil now he has won the European (Under-21) Championship, so he has won already lots of titles in his young career.
“He’s one of our guys who comes from our youth system, so of course we are very happy to keep him, but there is interest from Italy, from Spain, from England.
“But so far, he still wears our shirt.”
Mauricio Pochettino’s side are expected to fill the void left by Walker’s departure, as they seek to compete on four fronts again this coming campaign.

Spurs recently handed a new five-year deal to Kieran Tripper, who ended last season as first choice ahead of his old teammate, and have youngster Kyle Walker-Peters coming through.
Should Tottenham sign Toljan as Walker’s replacement?
