The Hatters face West Brom’s Under-23s on Tuesday night.

Luton Town boss Nathan Jones has told Luton Today his side failed in an approach for a first team player at West Bromwich Albion.
The Hatters host West Brom’s Under-23s in the EFL Trophy on Tuesday night and Jones admits he will use the encounter as an impromptu scouting exercise.
“We’ve kept an eye on them and enquired about one of them, it would be wrong of me to say any names, but we saw them and then he quickly was involved in the first team,” the Welshman told Luton Today.

“So they’ve got a few good youngsters there, it’s always a good gauge for them and always a good gauge for us. Because if any of them stand out and can cope at the level we need them to be, then there could be potential there.”
West Brom currently have a number of promising youngsters either established in or on the periphery of Tony Pulis’ first team.
Midfielder Sam Field has started twice for the Baggies in this season’s Premier League, with forward Jonathan Leko appearing in all but three of their fixtures.

Goalkeeper Jack Rose and left-back Kane Wilson have also appeared in matchday squads, but are still awaiting their senior debuts.
Should any young Baggies catch their opponents ‘ eye tomorrow, they will have to wait until January before they can be signed by the Hatters, unlike in previous years when the emergency loan window was still in operation.
Jones’ side are currently fourth in League Two, having taken 18 points from a possible 33.
