The Whites maintained their good run of form with a 1-0 victory over Hull at Elland Road in the Championship.
Pablo Hernandez’s stunning goal just before the half-hour mark proved to be the difference between the two sides.
Ayling, who can operate as a defender or as a defensive midfielder, started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes, and the 26-year-old has taken to Twitter to revel in the win.
The former Bristol City star has also praised the fans for creating an eclectic and special atmosphere during the match.
Leeds United defender Pontus Jansson and head coach Thomas Christiansen have also taken to Twitter following the win against Hull.
The result on Saturday afternoon means that Leeds are fifth in the Championship table at the moment with 39 points from 23 matches.
