The Hammers got the better of Southampton 3-0 at the London Stadium in the Premier League.
Marko Arnautovic scored twice for the Hammers, and Ryan Fredericks added a third for the London club.
Fabianski has taken to Twitter to express his delight at the win for the Hammers, and he has also thanked the fans for their suppler to the team throughout the season.
West Ham United’s best player
Fabianski has been arguably West Ham’s best player this season and has been superb between the posts for the London club.

According to BBC Sport, the Hammers paid Swansea City £7 million in transfer fees to secure the services of the 34-year-old former Arsenal goalkeeper.
The Poland international has made important saves for West Ham throughout the season, and West Ham fans will hope that he is just as good during the 2019-20 campaign.
